SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We partner with major international express delivery services (such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS) to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your high-precision instruments.

- Standard Shipping: $30 flat rate (Estimated 7-9 business days to most countries)
- Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $150 (Estimated 7-9 business days to most countries)

HANDLING TIME

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

DytSpectrumOwl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). By default, the actual transaction value will be declared on the customs forms in compliance with international trade laws.

DAMAGES

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify our support team at info@dytspectrumowl.com so we can assist you.
